My son had been at Ms. Alma's for 3 years. She is firm yet caring. Her curriculum did not just consist of alphabets and numbers, she introduced shapes, animals, plants, star systems, geography, seasons. She would take about bears or growth cycle of plants. The children were curious to learn. In addition, she could teach the children to pay attention and recite poetry. She holds poetry recitals every year of which us parents get amazed about how much our children can learn. She has boundaries which she requires her students and parents to respect. Yet she is very attentive to each child. Sometimes they cannot express in words, but because of Ms. Alma's experience she knows what to look for. As a mom, I learnt greatly from her experience. Her fees are very reasonable. She had taught my son far more than what I was expecting.
